WE SCRUM, WE LEAN
WE HAVE
embraced Agile methodology because it has revolutionized the way we work, giving us the possibility to assign different roles within the team and providing different perspectives in the analysis of the knowledge generation process. Agile philosophy is based on an empiricism assumption: knowledge only comes from sensory experiences. Talking with people represents our starting point to reach our work goal: to produce good software, that for us means a software designed around people and environment real needs. We have chosen SCRUM because we truly believe that working together means: to share responsibility, to be transparent, to collaborate embracing an iterative approach, to communicate to deliver continuous feedbacks.
