We adopted

an Agile approach because it revolutionized the way we work, allowing us to value different roles within the team and bring unique perspectives to how we create knowledge. For us, Agile is rooted in a practical truth: real knowledge comes from hands-on experience. Talking with people is our starting point to achieve our true goal: building beautifully crafted software designed around the real needs of people and the environment. We chose SCRUM because we truly believe that working together means sharing responsibility, being transparent, collaborating through an iterative approach, and communicating to provide continuous feedback.
